Ever since doctor Mayer and pielstein retired and sold practice, they do not care for patients care wellbeing health. They care for money. They treat everyone like a number. I can't wait to switch. 20 years been going there. Really miss doctor Mayer and pielstein.

My husband was there earlier today and had a good experience with the dr he saw but the only thing we noticed that the kiosks that EVERY patient uses to check in , has fingerprints all over them, yet you post signs about patients not leaning on or touching the counter to prevent the spread of germs. Maybe the office should look into getting disposable styluses (like they have at polling places) for the kiosks.

0 STARS! Inexcusable delays and dangerously poor coordination of care. A family member of mine has been a patient at Avenel Iselin Medical Group for a serious health condition. In February, they were referred to a specialist who determined that additional testing was necessary. However, the responsibility to order the test was left to AIMG- and months later, it still hasn't been done. We've had several telehealth appointments, each time emphasizing the urgency and need for the test. Despite these repeated conversations, there has been no progress. Today, after following up once again, we were told they now need to come in--for what? The request is clear, the specialist's recommendation is documented, and yet AIMG continues to stall. For a patient with a serious condition, this ongoing failure to act is not only frustrating--it is irresponsible and potentially harmful. The lack of follow-through, communication, and urgency raises serious concerns about how this practice is run. This kind of negligence should be reviewed by their compliance department and reported to the Office of Inspector General for investigation. When lives are at stake, this level of dysfunction is unacceptable. To whoever is managing this practice: do better--or stop treating complex conditions altogether. This "team" cannot handle it.

I love this place, everything is so clean, the people working there are always so nice and the doctors are so professional, patience, nice and accurate.

Dr. O took care of me when I was extremely worried about something that was going on with me. He took his time to make sure everything was being looked into and covered all bases, offered me resources and calmed my nerves tremendously. 10000% recommend him! It's nice to have a physician who actually cares about his patients.
