Staff is wonderful. Dr. Chris Pumill is great - clear communication and good treatment. Easy scheduling. Wait time shouldn't matter when you're dealing with your health, but it gets the people going so - minimal wait (if any). Parking garage nearby. Clean facility. "5 sta's"

I went to this office for the first time yesterday (10/3/2024). The office staff was amazing. They were friendly and I couldn't have been happier with them. In the examination room I had Desiree and she was soooo amazing. Super knowledgeable and nice and funny and really just so sweet. And of course this all stems from an amazing doctor who came in and talked to me like a normal person. He explained everything to me clearly and made it make sense. He even drew a diagram on the whiteboard for me when I didn't understand right away. Honestly this was the most comfortable I've felt ever at a doctor office. Highly recommended. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Love Cross County Cardiology especially Dr Rick Pumill!! He is very smart and spends time with you explaining everything! You walk out of there feeling reassured and comfortable about your care. The staff is very accomodating and kind. They always get back to you. No one wants to have to go to a cardiologist but if you do, this is your best option!! They know their stuff and you will feel better!!
