Patient
I feel compelled to share my experience with this practice. In my opinion, the way they operate raises serious concerns about professionalism and transparency -- and even made me question whether it's a legitimate operation. I arrived for a scheduled appointment at their listed address in Hoboken, but there were no visible signs outside or inside the building indicating the presence of a medical office. After calling the front desk, I was put on hold multiple times just to get the unit number. After waiting in the heat outside, I was eventually told the office was closed that day due to a "miscommunication" and would need to be rescheduled. This was not the first time. My previous appointment had been canceled just an hour before it was set to start, despite confirming it in advance. On top of that, they have attempted to charge "no show" fees even when the cancellation or rescheduling was entirely on their side. From my perspective, the combination of no clear signage, repeated last-minute cancellations, misinformation from staff, and attempts to bill for missed appointments is unacceptable and should serve as a warning to other patients. I hope the practice reconsiders its business practices and prioritizes basic professionalism, honest communication, and respect for patients' time.
