one star because they very polite, they do tests and all the right moves, to obtain results of doctor's visit and everything else they did is impossible at any cost, but billing insurance and collecting copayment is awesome, you would be dying from heart problems, they could not, would not care less, avoid like plague

Worst customer service ever, girl at front desk, asks for my name, i give it to her, and she asks me for my printed paperwork? i have no clue what she is talking about so i assumed she meant my medical records from my primary doctor, so i said i have it in a E-mail can i print it here? with an attitude she says no, i said okay i can bring it back. She then must have realized the attitude she was giving and saw my confused and shocked face as to why printing it there would be a problem, shes says okay wait so are all 7 pages filled out? I asked what 7 pages? i said its my bloodwork, and she then says, NO IM TALKING ABOUT YOUR NEW PATIENT PAPERWORK!!! I tried to keep calm and say no one asked me to fill out new patient paperwork, then her eyes start rolling and shes huffing and puffing, I'm pretty annoyed at her at this point I was getting ready to tell he where to go stick it, but i keep calm and ask if i can fill it out here? she doesn't respond, with a yes or no? her answer was, "Give me your ID and insurance card," i said here is my ID, and can i give you a copy of my insurance card or a photo, i didn't bring it with me, and then the eyes started rolling again with the huffing and puffing, i just told her you know what? just forget it, give me back my ID. She says let me reschedule you, i said not a chance, then the other girl sitting next to her tried to help, at that point i was disgusted!!!! Do not go here unless you want to get disrespected and treated like an animal by the girl at the front desk closest to the left window once you walk in!!!! If you must go here, avoid her, hopefully this is read by someone that can discipline her or get her to some manner classes. On how to talk to people like patient and not an animal.
