This place is a joke. So unorganized when. It comes to ordering tests and get authorization done in a timely matter. Seen since April and none of the documents be sent over to the insurance to get it approve. Showed up to an appointment for the front desk to tell me it wasn't approve. Nobody called then all of sudden my phone number is wrong in the chart . I just confirm my appointment so i dont understand how and there are other contact information email and secondary number. They didn't do that. Spoke to two office managers. One doest work at the office . So the next day spoke to the hamilton manager which she said will handle everything. I will call back in two weeks the end of May. Called June 3 the front desk couldn't even tell me if it was approve and they needed to call back. The office manager stated she doesn't handling billing . Don't you see it's a problem. It takes two weeks or more for authorization to get approve. Why would they send in paper work a week before the appt which is in the beginning of june .When everything was supposed to been sent in April. I would not leave my care in there hands. Something can be wrong and test has not be done. Shame on you . The office staff needs to get it together. Between the front dest the billing department and the communication. Update: left a message with the billing department to discuss auth for appt that was scheduled for Thursday. Nobody has returned a called yet. Mind you this appt was changed backed in May. Due to no auth being put in. I ended up calling and left messages for the front as well. I just end up canceling the appt and also wanted to confirm that they cancel appt so I won't be charged anything. I will not be back.
