Capital Cardiology Hamilton Office

This was the first time I visited the practice and went for an overall wellness exam. Although I asked to be scheduled with the doctor, I had the appointment with the Nurse Practitioner. I have seen very good Nurse Practioners at different offices in the past. However, this experience unfortuantely was pretty poor. She asked me the same questions several times and was unable to retain the information, even though she was entering into the computer. She did a very very coursery exam, meaning she only listened to my heart. Did not do any extensive exam, did not perform an EKG, or the usual exam primary care doctors do. My blood pressure was slightly high and she asked for me to come back and recheck, but left it at that. She did let me know she would follow up after my blood results were available. However, I had to call the office and ask to speak with her and she hadn't even received them yet or had asked for them. She did call back later in the day to review, but it was obvious during the conversation she hadn't bothered to go back to my medical history. Overall, it was a horrible experience and I will no longer be using this office.

My personal experience at that Quakerbridge location was not good I was suppose to have a Nuclear Stress test which I decided to reschedule and have it at Capital Health where I normally have it. I've been with Capital Cardilogy for years Dr. Kalra is a very good Cardilogist. The cleanliness of that location should be addressed soiled sheets on the floor etc. Just not a very well kept office to have such serious procedures.

This review is more about their scheduling department. Had an appointment and when I arrived they didn't have a record and I had to go back. After rescheduling, everytime one day before the appointment, I get a call that they will have to reschedule again. After 4 tries, Its become impossible to continue to keep trying to work around their schedule. I've given up and canceled my appointment.
