From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, every person I came in contact with was absolutely wonderful. They were all beyond friendly, helpful, comforting. Everyone took the time to really listen/gather all information. They didn't make me feel rushed or that I was another patient bothering them. Dr. Gelernt took the time to explain every detail of what was going on and every step moving forward, answered and explained every question I had (there was a lot!). I left so happy, comfortable and confident to move forward with the following steps of care I, finally, now know I need.
