Never returns phone calls and is never available when you need guidance. My blood pressure was going up and down and I was getting dizzy. They told me to go to the emergency room, but the emergency room doesn't handle this until you faint or your blood pressure goes up to 220, so I was left to handle this on my own. The only other option was to go to my PCP, who isn't equipped to deal with problems like this.

The experience I had with Dr. Ruffo was not what I expected. I was never really informed about the procedure I was getting and the results were far from what he said would be. I now have more veins in my legs then before. The office staff is rude and incompetent. They never followed up with anything. I constantly had to call to find out what was next in the treatments and they never knew what was going on.

My husband Pedro Martinez had been treated whith Dr Ruffo for more than 10 years ,now day his office is completed disorganized, not one really knows what's going on im in hospital for 7 days ,I dont know what expected, very disappointed .Pedro Martinez

The man saved my life. I get more time with my wife, daughters and the rest of my family because of him. He's amazingly, knowledgeable, honest, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. If there is a downside, it is he's in too much demand. The best always is.

I booked a same day appointment. I called to confirm. After they took my personal info and insurance info they suddenly tell me doctor is on an emergency leave and gone for the week.
