They were in Linwood which was close to where I live. Now I have to travel to Galloway for visits. They provided rides through Uber. But no longer. A bit of a disappointment. I do like Atlanticare cardiology. I wish they were closer.

Office of Dr. Swarna Jayasinghe, MD: I don't know who is training yall but they need to do better. I was referred by the doctor at the E.R to see a cardiologist due to me passing out and people saying it looked as though I was having a seizure. They booked my appt two days ago for today at 11am. Got a call yesterday that it would be telehealth which isn't a big deal since it's the initial appt. At no point did they tell me there was any issue. Now I get a call at 8am stating I need a referral from my PRIMARY doctor. How your office didn't know this yesterday is beyond me! This is obviously a serious matter and now my help to figure out what is wrong with me is being prolonged! DO BETTER!! I will be finding another office to help me since a simple scheduling and insurance check is too hard for this office to do properly.

I'm a new patient of Dr. Gotimer and called the office 3 times to get samples of drugs which I was told I would be able to do. I am out of town and will be out of the medicine and needed the samples to be picked up and I spoke to the rudest individual I have ever dealt with 3 times in fact one time she hung up on me! Being a new patient and having worked in the medical office field previously for 5 plus years I was appalled! I am definitely considering changing doctors if I have to deal with these rude employees in the future. Having heart problems it is not worth it! I hope someone in this office reads this! I am livid!! And yes I have her name!!

Love Dr Visco but the office is horrible with returning calls and messages. I've been trying to reach Dr Visco since Friday sept 8 three or more messages on machine and twice through the patient portal messaging center and nothing. Gotta love customer service and people doing their jobs. It's the same every time I try to reach the office. So many workers sitting there when I go and yet nobody properly man's the phones. I complained to Dr Visco last time I was there. He was aware since he has had many of the same complaints and now I sit with a pulmonary issue and cannot get him again. Just so upsetting

Today December 12/18/2023 around 9:45 A.M. I was taking my mother to a medical appointment that she had in this office and the woman at the Front Desk, instead of attending to her cordially, discriminated against her only for not speaking English. The lady at the Front Desk told my mom that she doesn't understand why the Latinos and Puerto Ricans People come to this country if we don't know how to speak English. That this is America and that she has to Speak English. That lady has to be trained to do her job, provide good service and serve all kinds of audiences, whether they speak her language or not, she does NOT have to care aboutthat.My mother is almost 60 years old and she practically just arrived to this country and apart from that, you very well know that this is DISCRIMINATION. So next time be careful who you mess with because if they do it again we are going to have serious problems.
