Great visit and staff was professional and courteous. Wait time was not long at all. Dr. Lee is excellent. Great bedside manners and answers all of your questions. I did not feel rushed when I have experienced in other offices. Eye contact is made with active listening instead of sitting on a stool or chair looking at your chart. Even makes small talk which i feel is important to make patients feel more comfortable and help develop doctor to patient trust.
Dr. Lee is kind, caring and thorough with his diagnosis. I've been with Dr. Lee for more than 15 years and plan to continue to see him as my Primary Care Physician. Being part of the Englewood network also makes it easy for him to refer a specialist as needed with minimal hassle on the patient's part.
It was my first visit with Dr. Lee as I needed an internist since moving to NJ. I was immediately impressed when I was seen within 5 minutes of my appt time. The staff was warm and welcoming. Dr.Lee spent at least 20 minutes with me discussing my medical history. He welcomed my opinions about my care and addressed my concerns. I practiced as a registered nurse years ago and am usually able to spot concerns in a medical practice. I loved everything about my visit with Dr.Lee.
He's always there for me. He's thorough and accurate. Asks the right questions. Very kind sweet and lovely doctor. So lucky I found him.
