Dr Patel is wonderful. Unfortunately cannot give 5 stars as the front desk at the Ewing site is not. Rude, dismissive and constantly interrupts while talking in addition to so much background noise that the operator had to ask me the same thing multiple times.
I've been with Dr. Patel for about 20 years or more. I got my family gone to a good doctor. He's straight up front and Dr. CHO was my doctor first and he recommend Dr. S Patel. I'm glad he did.
Dr. Patel is a very good doctor. My mother has been going to him for 10+ years and has provided her tentative medical service. I would recommend speaking with the front desk person to understand this is a service industry and patient customer experience is essential to patients wanting to come back. I cannot rightfully provide 5Stars because of this.
Dr Patel, A very good doctor. I rated 3 stars because of the front desk staff member. My mother is a patient and have on several occasions bad experiences with this staff member. She is not friendly or pleasant to deal with.
Dr Patel is our family's primary care. He is phenomenal caretaker and understands his patients very well. Highly recommend him.
