Capital Health Primary Care - Ewing

This is my primary, I have nothing bad to say about the care itself...I have a great a doc. Reception is the problem, period. Very difficult to get thru if you need to schedule or change an appointment. A lot of times your call will just be disconnected when you ask for the front desk. And if you happen to get the voice mail, no one will call you back anyway. A bad look for an otherwise great practice.

Completely disregard that my son had a physical and was never checked at his physical. What is the point of having a physical done and not been checked out but definitely got paid by the insurance no blood work requested. Called to ask what happened they say oh she booked out until January 2026.

This is my primary Doctor office and there great. The staff treat you with care and they helpful at your needs to be met. Dr. Anwar is the best and makes sure you understand and get what is needed as to the right doctor's as equipment that you need to maintain a healthy diet and life .

Can't do 0 stars, this is the worst Dr's office. Even if you you have a gp here you will never get a phone call returned. Even if you need something basic. I came here for my dad who just moved near by. I will find another dr ASAP. A normal Dr's office will return phone calls and get you all the paperwork you need to get your tests done in a timely fashion, ...don't come here, find a better gp elsewhere. I know they are a few and far between, but don't settle for this! Do yourself a favor!

I saw Dr. Anwar in late December (over two months ago) and I am still unable to get the prescription he provided me with because of the mind blowing negligence of this office. Dr. Anwar was great in person, but his office NEVER answers the phone. I have been calling multiple times a day for months. The only time I spoke to an actual human I was placed on hold for 30 minutes before it hung up. Left several messages with no calls back, several portal messaged with one useless response. Do not waste your time or money.
