This place is terrible. Everytime I call, I am connected to 5 different people and put on hold for over 10 minutes multiple times. I am never speaking to the same Dr. when I finally do get an actual appointment with one of them. Only one Dr. was extremely helpful and spent time trying to figure out what I actually needed to best suit my situation. I do not remember her name but she was thorough and wonderful. On the other extremely, I had another Dr. who was very unprofessional, raising her voice to me and demeaning me. I literally stated that I would appreciate speaking to another Dr. for my next appointment. Everytime I call there is always some kind of issue, never smooth sailing. Very disappointing.
I posted a review earlier today about my issues. Jerry called me within 2.5 hours and took such great care of me I am in tears because I finally felt seen and heard. Jerry from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP. Jerry is someone you definitely want on your team during a crisis, and I am eternally grateful for him!
Front desk not polite at all and doctor's are unresponsive. Make me feel very bad about myself as if I'm doing wrong by calling them.Dr. Thomas straight up was not willing to see me and treat my psychiatric issues. I feel abandoned and helpless. RUN don't walk away from this practice.
These five stars solely belong to Jerry. I had multiple issues that went unresolved for weeks until Jerry stepped in as a patient advocate. 48 hours after an initial call with him, I have full resolution.
