I recently brought my kids to Dr. Fuad Kiblawi for a heart evaluation due to a family history of heart issues. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly. We had the best experience, and I truly appreciate how understanding and friendly he was throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend!

It was my first time there to get a Fetal echocardiogram. You know when it's your first time at an office you feel nervous and unsure. The doctor was soo lovely, considerate and patient. He was gentle when performing the ultrasound and would ask me if I was uncomfortable or wanted to reposition myself. Great doctor!

Wish there was a negative rating ! The worst , heartless (pun intended) doctors office ever ! Can't believe they're patients are children ! Unbelievable! Made my appointment two months ago with their office , the receptionist said I will need a referral from my pediatrician, so I got that two months ago. They called me yesterday to confirm my appointment for today and stated again to get a referral and provide them my insurance information, I assured them I got the referral from my pediatrician and proceeded to give my insurance information. Now today I went in I got told that unfortunately the doctor won't be seeing my newborn because they actually needed an "electronic " referral that the paper version is no good ! Now I told her my doctors office opens at 1pm since it's only 10:30 I can request for him to give it to me via E-mail and it should reflect in your system but She continued to disregard what I was saying and blamed me for not knowing their policy ! I really got offended and asked for the paper work that I filled out to be returned to me , that's when the receptionist told me to hold on she'll check with Dr.Faud Kiblawi about my situation and get back to me. When she finally returned she said to me - Being a new patient , they never saw my daughter she said to me - " the doctor said it's not urgent your daughter can be seen at a later date " !!!! So you're telling me that you refuse to see my child until you're secured a payment from a referral which isn't hard to obtain ? Why would I want my child to be seen by what appears to be a doctor whose main concern is to get paid ? I mean you're not depending on my bank account which on the paper work I did sign that I was responsible for all bills and listed my social security number ! No you are refusing to see my daughter because of a simple and attainable "referral " which by the way my pediatrician sent over to me via E-mail as soon as he got to the office ! But now I won't go back to facility because I feel like I was discriminated against! Please becareful in who you let diagnose your children and always get second opinions!
