Ian J. Molk, M.D.

I have been a patient of Dr. Molk for several years. I find Dr. Molk to be thorough, easy to talk to and shows a genuine interest in you as a person as well as a patient. His staff reflects his demeanor. It is always a pleasure.

This a review is from BOTH of my parents who LOVE Dr Molk! He is Extremely patient with them, they Never feels rushed and listens to any questions or concerns they have. COULD NOT Recommend a Better Doctor!!!

I was a patient of Dr Molk for 25+ years. The issue I've had with him is this: several times I complained that I was having severe chest pain at least once per month and I asked that he should check my arteries for a possible blockage. When asked I told him that the pain only lasted for a second or two and he discounted it as possible muscle pain since a work out with weights. I stated this issue I was having with chest pain on more than one occasion. The reason I stopped seeing Dr Molk was that I moved to So Jersey and I sought out a different Cardiologist and thank god I did. I began seeing my new Cardiologist and I also stated to him about my ongoing chest pain that Dr Molk discounted. I suggested that my Dr should go in and see what is going on and he wholeheartedly agreed and he set up an appointment at Jersey Shore University Medical Center Cath Lab to an Angioplasty to check my coronary arteries and he discovered and 80% blockage in my right coronary artery and put in a Xience Stent. I believe he may have saved my life. Since then I've had no chest pain (angina). I believe Dr Molk is a very nice personable physician that always answered all my questions. I just don't know why Dr Molk didn't go further to find out why I was having severe chest pain.

Dr. Molk responded quickly when I required emergency medical treatment. He immediately arranged for all the medical tests. He is kind, caring and through. Always taking the time to treat you as a person.

Dr. Molk has been my cardiologist for over twenty years. That should be sufficient as a review. Great doctor, great staff. highly recommended by me and my wife.
