Dr. Zacks is clearly an expert in his field. He is kind, compassionate, and honest. I appreciated the time he spent examining me and explaining all aspects of various treatments. Dr. Zacks was thorough, articulate and interested in all my questions and very accurate in his diagnosis and treatments. I have received a clear explanation of all my problems and was given an equally clear choice of further action. Dr. Zacks has been a great surgeon for procedures that I've had, an Ablation. He made me feel very comfortable and secure. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Zacks strongly.

I have been seeing Dr. Zacks for over 5 years, he is very kind, caring, compassionate and he has excellent bedside manners. He carefully listens to all your complaints, documents them and very carefully makes appropriate recommendations and explains to the patient in a very simple, understandable way. He goes out of his way to answer all your questions and concerns. His professionalism is impeccable. He is very knowledgeable, up to date and his knowledge-based confidence is admirable and is lifesaving in the field of Cardiology/ Electrophysiology. Dr. Zacks, is a godsend to me and he wants his patients get the Best Care available and goes out of his way to help his patients to get it. I want to share my recent experience. I was having Ventricular Arrhythmia [VT's], on a Friday at around 4.30 pm and I reached out him, he promptly answered my call, remotely read the transmission from my " device "[pacemaker/defibrillator], reassured me, sent me to ER and contacted ER Physician and ICD Technician, gave instructions to them to adjust my device and medications. He referred me for Cardiac Ablation procedure and he himself contacted a well-known Cardiologist in New York Presbyterian Hospital to treat me- all done by Dr. Zacks himself on a Friday night 8 pm, even though he was not on call. How many Doctors will do that? Dr. Zack's is an outstanding Cardiologist/ Electrophysiologist and an amazing human being, and I am very grateful! P.R. 3/27/2023

Dr. Zacks has been treating me for A fib for the last 10 years. His expertise and surgical skills are exceptional. I unreservedly give my highest, 5 Star, recommendation to Dr. Eran Zacks. The best and truest thing I can say is that I literally trust him with my life and would not hesitate for a "heartbeat" to ask him to care for the people I love most in this world. He has been my doctor for well over a decade and I have improved significantly under his care. Cardiologists at the University of Pennsylvania have advised me that the treatment I am receiving from Dr. Zacks is as good, if not better, than care I would receive there or from other Cardiologists. When he moved his practice, I followed him to his new location because I would not feel comfortable or safe being treated by anyone else. He communicates with my other physicians and follows up to make sure I get all appropriate tests. His office is modern; his staff is friendly, helpful, and highly professional. When I need support with paperwork or assistance navigating insurance companies, Dr. Zacks and his team are readily available. Dr. Eran Zacks made an excellent choice of profession to become a Cardiologist because not only is he highly skilled, qualified, and credentialed, he also has a heart made of gold.
