All new and slick after renovation. Looks so clean and modern inside. All the rooms have digital equipments. I have been here many times for sick visits and my annual physical. Always had wonderful experience and friendly interaction with stuff/doctors. I have got accurate test results in timely manner and results have been available online too. Walk-in usually has a really long wait time, about 1-2 hours. I schedule my visits online. Then I only have to wait few minutes, after completing my check in process.

I truly am sad because I truly like this office front staff and my family and I have been coming here for years. But I need to let the people know do not even try to do a hold my spot prior to walking in . I made a 12pm and now it's 1:10pm and I am STILL waiting in the waiting room with a mask on in the heat as I'm feel sick . The receptionist is looking for someone to take me and she's like it's been over an hour but this is much to have someone feeling sick PLUS ALREADY PAID MY COPAYMENT .

I don't know why I gave this place another chance. I had been here before a year ago where they took 2 hours for a physical - then told me I had a bacterial infection - which I didn't have and actually treated me for it and then said oops sorry. Now I thought they redid the whole place it would be better. NO. 1 hour plus wait for a simple test - no one even bothers to tell you what's going on. I heard them in the hallways just joking and having a good time. They do not care about patients or your time AT ALL. They would rather sit around and do nothing and make patients wait. It's SICK. I work in healthcare and they are an abomination. Seriously, WORK ON YOUR PATIENT CARE - get them in and out and communicate what's going on if you're backed up. This is just the worst office I have ever been to. And now twice this has happened.

Respectfully, I feel like the front receptionists are not very friendly and will not pay attention to you unless you are a certain race. I overheard a conversation amongst them and a patient of the current political climate and how they are so relieved of everything going on. It's poor taste how a place that is supposed to be for healing can say such hurtful remarks on families being ripped apart because they feel it's not fair the government chooses to aid undocumented individuals over their own kind. It is unfortunate because the doctor and nurses who come from immigrant families work so hard with people who clearly do not want their skin color around. Saying it in a hushed voice means they know what they were saying isn't appropriate, nor does excuse the words coming out. It was intentional, inappropriate, and extremely embarrassing on them. TLDR: the receptionists don't feel comfortable around people of color and are relieved more than anything on mass deportations.

Needed to be seen today for poison ivy on my face. Easily made an appt via their website. Everyone was pleasant when I entered. I was seen by Illana Capozzi APN who was thorough and friendly. She explained how to use and why she was prescribing the medications. She provided a handy paper with helpful information. I was in and out in an hour which I appreciated. I will use this urgent care again in the future.
