Been coming here for over a decade and have never had a negative experience. I love the fact that this location offers just about every type of medical service. Adrian Fishkin is the best and I highly recommend seeing her for your needs. And the lab at Summit is one of the best I've been to. They draw blood painlessly and flawlessly every time. I don't even feel the needle going in. Fantastic place to take care of your medical needs.

Doctors are great....system to get you to them is deliberately HORRIBLE. SLOW central calling , they purposely Route you to wrong departments ( just done again 5 minutes ago) and only really want to treat you whdn u call way ahead....otherwise come see their Urgent Center (why can't I just get to another doctor). Doctors hate to hear how poor it is, but tgey get us healthier...as the sicker can't get in!

Horrible experience with gastroenterology at summit health. Where to start off with this review. So apparently I received a text asking if I wanted to move up my appointment time. On my end it gave me one specific time that was the same as my previous appointment that was printed out for me. There's never anyone picking up the phone or should I say it's all voice operated. I'm in traffic and I call to tell them I was going to be late and was told by the answering service they were closed. Then I arrive to only be told I was a half hour late with a different scheduled time than the one I was given. Fast forward after expressing why I'm not happy with the current situation I was asked to leave by the front desk and we did have an exchange of words. I leave and go to wait for my ride. Mind you still very symptomatic and sick and have yet to have a follow up with my MD after having to undergo treatments. As I'm airing two more employees who did not identify themselves comes downstairs and the guy proceeds to tell me "what will and will not be tolerated". I asked for a supervisor who apparently was the girl with him. And I asked if he was the supervisor and he said no. Neither one of them gave me a name or the position that they hold for that office. I'm not even exactly sure if she was a real supervisor. Now I'm sitting and getting harassed by this guy who proceeds to argue with a PATIENT in the lobby. And then he even at one point looked as if he wanted to talk up on me and do something. The girl asked him to go upstairs yet he kept turning around to argue with me. He even went upstairs or so I thought but he was in fact sitting on the steps as I was calmly talking with the lady and he starts back up again. Point being if you're not a supervisor or management you shouldn't be addressing me period. Especially when all I'm trying to do is go home at this point. Is this how Summit treats patients if so Red Flag. And why have that gentleman working there if he's going to argue with patients. Maybe there was some racial undertone I'm not sure. But as I said I did not enjoy being harassed and almost double teamed while waiting for my medical transportation. This is what healthcare has come too!

Dr. Westcott is honestly one of the best doctors I've ever had. Super smart, really thorough, and just great at what he does. He asked a lot of thoughtful questions and actually took the time to listen, which made me feel heard and understood. He also explained everything so clearly it didn't feel rushed or confusing at all. You can tell he truly knows his stuff and cares about his patients. I left feeling confident and really grateful to have seen him. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone who's both sharp and down-to-earth.

I love this medical group. Genuinely. They are efficient and large enough to ensure you can see different specialists, complete bloodwork, etc. in-house whether at their Clifton location or another location. It's nice to not have to worry about records being transferred between offices. The wait time is good. I've never waited for more than 15 min max. I have been going here for about 5 years. I see Dr. Igbowke and she is amazing. She takes her time to listen to your needs and cares about her patients. I feel very lucky to have found this gem and hope they continue to thrive. I always recommend my friends and family to seek medical care here.
