Dr. Cindy Sturt, MD, FACS

Dr. Sturt is very knowledgeable, very pleasant, so comforting and has compassion as she knew about my health condition. I was surprised tho that a nurse practitioner first talked to me since I made an appt with Dr. Sturt. Both of them gave me the same assessment however the approach of this nurse practitioner showed lack of compassion and poor bedside manners. I felt so relieved when Dr. Sturt saw me! I hope that this feedback will improve this NP's communication and patient care skills, as kindness and empathy make a difference in patient trust and comfort.

I came here for the first time and I didn't have a good experience. The girls in the front are extremely rude and unprofessional and had the I don't even want to be here today attitude. The doctor was in such a hurry to be done with me. After I waited so long in the examination room for her, She didn't even see me not even for 5 mins. I had a few questions and I forgot them since I was being rushed. They didn't even do the test they said they were going to do that takes 2 hrs. A total waste of my time. The girl with the longer hair in the front, rolled her eyes at me and said something smart underneath her breath because I asked her a simple question and I disturbed her while she was on her phone texting. So unprofessional! Go home and do that! They had an attitude with me because the doctor didn't even tell them she gave me a prescription. They had to ask if it was true. Not my fault you guys don't know how to communicate. No apology, no nothing when they realized that they were wrong. I came here thinking I was going to have answers to my problem and she didn't even help me with my issue. Totally clueless. The hospital referred me here, I didn't just come here just to come here! Overall, I did not like the bad energy in this place. This place is not even welcoming. I will never come here again!

I waited for hours just for her to rush in and rush out of my room. I've been dealing with painful varicose veins for years and for her to come in and touch only one of my legs and say we're gonna give you stockings with no indication that there would be a follow up was the most disappointing and careless experience I've had with a doctor. No questions were asked except from the nurse, she got curt when I responded "that's a band aid on the problem" with the compression tights and I finally weasled the follow up out of her. I hope for her sake in the future she can take the time to be more attentive and informative.

Dr. Cindy Sturt , MD ,FACS , is very nice and professional. I like her and recommend her.
