Both of my in-laws are patients of Dr. Prakash & have received spectacular treatment from the onset. Both have serious cardiovascular histories & additional co-morbidities which are always closely monitored and managed. The entire staff is efficient & pleasant, it is apparent that they truly care about their patients & their well being. Highly recommend.
I recommend this office. Dr. Prakash listens to all of your concerns and answers all of your questions. Nice staff. Clean office . Wheelchair accessible.
Bait and switch. You'll get an appointment with dr Atul Prakash but instead you'll get an unhelpful dishonest nurse that doesn't answer any of your questions. The office including doctor's nurses and secretary seem too rushed and don't have any time to deliver care or answer questions. The bad reviews here are true.
My dad is a patient here. I've had frustrating experiences with this doctor's office. The front desk has no customer service they are so unprofessional and unhelpful. The staff is rude, and lack communication, every time I call I have to wait for an unreasonably long time before being answer any simple question with an attitude at that. It's disappointing when you're seeking care from such great doctors and are met with such lack of respect and organization. Patients expect and deserve much better, Dr Prakash & Team please do a better job with your hiring. Throughout the years I have seen many girls come and go but they are all the same none of them have any compassion or empathy for your patients or family members, especially that Tori lady that's there, she clearly hates her job!
My father in law had his blood work done at this office for his cholesterol and We were told doctor would give us a call with reasults. A month later I am giving them a call and they are extremely rude and mad that I keep calling for his results. They took my number to call me back again nothing then I called again few days later they said call back another time they are busy., Shameful service, but no shame to charge the insurance company for blood work but no time to give a call back for the results
