Dr. Benjamin S. Chouake, MD

This medical facility was very good at one time, many, many years ago. Now, its changed so much. The doctors are way too old, and very tired, they are not thorough and complete and the care has declined very much so. It hurts me to have to say this but our health is important. Best to find another doctor/facility to get the proper care.

Dr. Chouake has cared for my family & I for over 26 years. Him and his team are patient, have a great bedside manner, and remains current with the latest advances in pathology, treatment, and preventative medicine. While it takes a while to see him, especially when you don't have an appointment, he is well worth the wait. He does not push medicine unnecessarily, and I would only trust him to manage my mother's conditions. Thank you for all your years of caring for us!

Dr. Chouake makes your healthcare visit a personal experience and not just another hurried doctor's appointment. He is kind, compassionate, and patient and took the time to address my concerns.

I am fortunate to have Dr. Chouake as my personal physician. He is bright, competent, comprehensive and caring. I feel comfortable talking to him and always get great advice. Dr. Chouake always focuses on what's important to me and to my health. He's an advocate of preventing heart disease, stroke and cancer. His communication and attention to detail gives me confidence as a patient.

Dr. Chouake has been my PCP for about 6 years. He's very knowledgeable and professional. He has helped me manage my migraines and any other problems I would have. Plus his office is a walk-in facility with radiology on site! The wait can be a bit long at times but definitely worth it.
