Unfortunately I have had to call the office four times over the course of two days to request to have my prescription refilled. The front desk secretary was kind enough to let me know that the doctor should be fulfilling the scripts at the end of each day. However, here I am day 2 without my prescription being refilled. The office closes in 13 minutes so it's safe to say I'll be going on three days without my prescription. There should be a sense of urgency when refilling prescriptions. Very unprofessional, the lack of concern for your patients does not go unnoticed.

Saw Dr ordelli. Aside from taking my blood pressure he did no other checkup. I never got to list surgeries, never asked if I was taking medications ,never got my medical history, nothing. He gave me three prescriptions.. one antibiotic.. one for restless leg syndrome and meloxicam that doesn't even work. It's going on 5 days and the only prescription I received was the antibiotic. The meloxicam script never showed up at the pharmacy. And the medication for the restless leg syndrome is written incorrectly and needs to be corrected. it's been 5 days and nobody will call the pharmacy or me back. I have not slept more than 3 hours and 5/9 and I'm getting in a really bad mood.. everything hurts from constantly being jacked up and not able to relax. Stay far away from these people

One of the best doctors I have ever met , honestly he listens and really understands the person and what they are going through , and or listens and holds you up to the goals you are reaching to hit , and if he can help in any way he will definitely not hesitate ! I love Dr. Ordille. Very thoughtful. The staff out front really help setting up appointments. The waiting room does get full at times. But I'm thankful when the time is spent with me so I understand that sometimes he needs extra time with others.
