The receptionists are so incompetent. I gave them my insurance info. They said they took pics and have it all . Later I get a bill in mail for full visit no insurance. They did it again when my husband went. This happens too much . And they sent in the wrong prescription for my husband, imagine if he took it and I didn't notice? This is just so wrong. He has high cholesterol and they gave him high blood pressure meds. He doesn't have high blood pressure. When I said something, they said oh just throw it away . But they called it in and now we are stuck paying for it. I have never been to a worse doctors office. And it's not even the Doctor, we like him. It's the front staff and their blood person. She doesn't speak English and doesn't know the insurance codes to put in so we keep getting a bill when our insurance talked to her and told her that yes they cover blood work but she had to put in the right codes. It's all a big mess over there. I need to call the doctor and ask him if he even knows he's hired incompetent ppl. If he doesn't do anything about it, we will have to find a new doctor. Watch out for the fake 5 star reviews. It's their friends. They're not honest.

"Doctor won't see sick patients" what do you even do then? Bill me to have your name on my insurance card? Absolutely ridiculous. Receptionists are disorganized and unfriendly. I've been openly ridiculed by them for asking questions. I have given them the benefit of the doubt for two years now, and it's only gotten worse each time I've been. This is the last straw. If you are looking for a PCP and This office is the only one you can access, consider moving.

Dr Naseem is best I have ever met. He is professional soft spoken, takes his time and explains everything. The staff is top notch . Thank you Dr Naseem please do not retire. I will not go to anyone else. Ellen McGurk

Waited an hour to be seen by Dr. Naseem to get paper work for a handicap placard. Turn around 2 police men standing at the door. My spider sense felt an ambush.I ask if I can leave they said no. I asked if I am being detained they said yes. I asked what charge they said no charge mumbles something under his breathe. Turns out an overzealous social worker called them and a shrink on me. I told her I am done talking to you. They all turn tale and run I wait another 10 minutes and see Naseem and ask for my paper work he signs it gives me some word salad without an examination and walks out. Got to be a HIpa violation there.i walk m crippled ads out and skip my blood work.Do no harm doesn't seem to ring a bell around there. I am crippled from strokes and social workers need a note from them ,they can't give me one even though I have been homeless for almost a year now.

I went into the office last week for a check up. I care for my mom and my time away from her is limited. Donna who is my Saint along with Selena and Jo got me in and out as promised in 30 minutes. I am so grateful. Selena is a doll. Thank you.
