Worst pediatrician I've ever been. With appointments we have taken in pretty quick. And problem starts from there. Nurse came in and check weight and height, said doctor will be here soon. But doctor didn't show up over 50 min. I complained they say we're next. That next didn't come until another 15 min. I will never come here again.
The worst experience in the new building. I had an appointment made for 7:30 PM. Received a call stating they don't take appointments that late and asked if I could come in by 5:30. Sure no problem! Why was I still waiting in the room passed 6:45 pm? I could've just kept my original appointment. AND I heard in the hallway that Dr. Mahmoud was leaving .. so who was going to see my son? ON TOP OF THAT, while my children and I were waiting in the room, I received a text stating that a prescription was sent to the pharmacy. How are you going to fill a prescription when the doctor hasn't seen my son? Never again will I make an appointment for the evening time cause people don't tend to think properly when they're tired .
I wish I could give this place zero stars. The service is absolutely horrible. Every visit, I'm left waiting over an hour past my appointment time because they clearly have no understanding of how scheduling works. It's completely unorganized and unprofessional, and the overall experience is consistently frustrating. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I'm changing doctors.
If you cant see a patient at 4pm, then DON'T SCHEDULE A PATIENT AT 4PM! It's really not that hard. A 1hr wait with restless children is not anyone's favorite past time. I made an appointment way ahead of time, and had to wait on the extremely small waiting room forever like I was a walk in. Awful!
This rating is for this branch only as this practice is located across NJ. I had an appointment for 8:30am. I arrived at 8:25am. I'm not a new patient. I wasn't seen until 9:30am. Do patients have the ability to ask for a late fee from the practice? It's absolutely unacceptable and irresponsible of them to schedule a time that they can't honor. Also, their waiting room is too small for the volume of patients. Folks, including myself, were standing for 30+ minutes.
