My review is NOT about Dr Mathew. He is a gentleman, explains everything and a class act. His staff in the main office has a lot to be desired. My review is about his main office. My mother is 90 years old and not well. After seeing the Dr I was informed Josephine will call me to schedule the surgery. Well it's been over a week. I finally received a call after I called and got an appt but now I'm told my mother needs blood work before surgery so now I'm chasing the office again waiting for Lynn to call me. This is extremely frustrating and they are so unprofessional. They have no consideration of caretakers who work full time and need to plan ahead!
