This review is for Doctor Jenna Feldman, DO Orthopedic Trauma Surgery @ Atlanticare. She took care of my father, Tony DiGregorio who is 87 years old. He was visiting from out of town when he broken his ankle in two places. My father is very hard of hearing and also mostly blind. Doctor Feldman was so patient and kind to him. She took time to repeat information as needed for my father to completely understand everything regarding his care. She helped him understand the care he needed to received before being able to return home. Her staff helped make the transition from one doctor to another as easy as possible. Thank you for all your help with my father.

I was skeptical about going because of the reviews, but it's actually not a bad place at all. The lady at the front desk was a bit rude, but she's probably just used to people treating her that way, so I'd ignore that part. All the nurses were nice, and the doctors were great. If you treat them with respect, they'll do the same. My son got the treatment he needed.
You can tell some of the people that come in could stress them out.
It definitely gets crowded too.

I would give this hospital 0 stars if I really could. I tried to speak to someone regarding my concerns and it has resulted to no success so I'm leaving this review. My fiance was in a horrible car accident, the EMT's insisted on bringing him to this hospital which I had never been to before neither had he. Since we have been here we have been talked down on, mistreated by the nursing staff, and left constantly asking questions and receiving no answers. We reached out to the 4th floor nursing administrator Dan who was absolutely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. We had to BEG to see doctors when this was an urgent matter because hours, then a few days passed with not one bit of information on what was going on. The RN's and PCA's on the floor were rolling their eyes at us when we were asking questions, they would leave the room and talk about us in the hall way, the would come in and be so nasty towards my fiance and his family. We hit the call bell a handful of times each day & still would wait an hour or longer for a response from someone and when they did come in they would say "I'll be back" and would take another hour. I brought this to the experience manager Katie's attention and NOTHING was done or improved, I didn't even hear from her again. When doctors came in they hadn't even reviewed my finances intense case and were short and non eager to answer any questions we had, one Dr actually smacked his hands down when my fiance asked him something twice because he was both nervous and confused with the lack of information given. I filled out medical release forms and never received copy's of anything because we wanted answer and wanted to try to figure out what was not gone over with us by anyone. We asked to be transferred and they refused because they could do the surgery he needed here and they failed to even care why we wanted to leave & go anywhere else but here. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone, they will neglect you and not care for you the way you deserve as they do not care at all. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here!!

I got a myomectomy here August 8th 2025. I wish I would have waited to put in the surveys they were sending. I was told that this surgery would be $1800 but since doing the surgery. Doctors that I didn't even meet and was not informed of have been putting in multiple claims with my insurance for the same codes and I have been getting charged non stop for the same codes. I have not been able to eat and at the rate it is going I will not be able to buy myself personal items that are needed. I had gotten this surgery before in NC in 2022 only one claim was filed and it was the exact amount that I was told it was going to be. I am being taken advantage of and my money is being stolen for a surgery that doesn't even cure the problem. I will never go to this hospital again and I recommend anyone who is like me to stay clear of this hospital.

Would definitely not recommend using this hospital. We did not have a choice. That is where the ambulance took her. Communication was awful. I left several messages and did not receive return calls. They put my mother on an Uber and send her home without checking to make sure that the situation at home was suitable for her disc h arge home. Surgery was performed on my mother. I never spoke to her doctor or got any sort of instructions on what to do with her; other than some papers that she brought home with instructions for her to follow-up with a doctor in two weeks.
