I saw Ainsley for a post op appointment And her knowledge and professionalism was incredible. She was really easy to talk to. She walked me through the pictures of the operation and what they do and why things were feeling that way they were feeling. I recently had to visit Jane Yoon and the orthopedic staff, and although I went in under unfortunate circumstances, they were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was compassionate, professional, and genuinely made me feel better about my injury. They took the time to explain everything clearly and provided terrific customer service from start to finish. While I'm hoping I won't need to return anytime soon, if I ever need orthopedic care again, this is definitely where I'd go. Highly recommended.
Ainsley is a wonderful, caring and very smart PA. She takes the time to make sure all questions are answered and makes you feel comfortable. I appreciate all that she does every time I am in the office. I recently had a total knee replacement and she was top notch. The medical assistant was also very kind while removing staples after surgery, she explained everything as she went along and took her time. Thank you everyone at Access!!
