How am I to Review them. ? Not impressed with first time here. Yet they Saved my life at the Hospital. Mines a unique situation. Seam's everyone has a different experience. Is ok. Mine I was having Several Chest Pain's Come and Go. My first visit here. I requested a exam and test to be done. To find out why my chest pains come and go. We're not sure if it was just Heartburn or something Serious. There echocardiogram . Cardiac rhythm machine was Not working properly in Office. Seam's my Doctor was very busy with other patient's. When I was there. Treated like I had Heartburn. I was In and Out of office . They Sent me Home. They did Scheduled for me to go get Test done. I was sent Home. Meanwhile. Next Morning. I was out walking our dog. My chest Pains Came Back. My boyfriend, took me right over to Urgent Care. To get me checked out. They did an echocardiogram on me. Added all my symptoms up. They let me know that. I'm having Heart Attack's. They called an Ambulance and had me rushed to SNH Hospital. ER. When I got there lots of tests got done. SNH Hospital staff took great care of me. Very Caring. Professional . My Cat Scan. Showed. I have a 95% Clogged Artery near my Heart.
They Scheduled for me to have a Stent put in my Artery to open it up. Must say. The ER and Hospital Staff was Awesome. The Foundation Cardiology Doctor. Helped me out. Saved my Life. Even thow there office was very busy sent me home. They were there. When I needed them. How am I to Review them. ? Well they know what they need to do. To make better Customer Service. Yet they were there for me. Kind. Caring. Took great care of me in the hospital. I thought about if I should Stay with this office or Choose a Different Cardiac Doctor. All my Record's are Here. SNH Hospital is close to our home. Convenient. Ambulance say send you to the Closest Hospital when you're having chest pains. Everything goes through your health insurance. A lot to think about. I'm told CMC Hospital. New England Heart and Cardiology Office is ranked # 1. Best of Care to there patients. High Technology machine and equipment they have is Awesome and Amazing. I choose to stay at SNH Foundation Cardiology. Because of my Health insurance plan. Each person is different. Hope you make right decision best for You.

My doctor is sharma, man if I could give him a million stars I would. Best cardiologist hands down, I drive almost 2 hours to see him . If you're looking for a cardiologist I highly recommend sharma, he cares, he's serious about helping you, and overall cares about you. Thank you sharma for absolutely everything you do for me and for the world

I have been very pleased with the care at Foundation Cardiology. Dr. Schwartz is straightforward and thorough. Jamie and Erin are outstanding PAs that take the time to know your medical history. With all of them, I have found 2 key qualities - they really care about your health, and they take the time to explain to you your conditions and possible courses of action.
The medical staff for testing procedures has also been excellent. The office staff have responded to my calls and queries in a timely manner and have been friendly and helpful.

Seriously frustrated. I love my cardiologist but man do I hate reception staff. The nurses and other medically-trained staff have been great with call-backs and follow-ups but their front wait staff are short with people both on the phone and in-person (for the office- not the lab staff).
I had a cardiac MRI done via this office referred out to Lahey hospital that took reception 4 weeks to FIND after I called every day and left messages for 2 weeks for nurses or doctor review. Every time I called, I would be told they don't see the MRI that I'm $2800 in the hole for - they refused to listen to the notice I was told by Lahey and it wasn't until the nursing staff called me back did they suddenly "find" the MRI results. I received a phone call back on a Friday by my doctor at 4pm requesting the office to schedule an echocardiogram the following week. I hadn't received a call 3 days into the following week and called the office to be talked down to again by front staff about insurance preapproval (which I don't need but is office policy).
If I had an actual cardiac emergency, I wouldn't go here. Luckily, the doctor is not yet too concerned about a 33 year old, but to suddenly have abnormalities is worrisome for me when it's now 8+ weeks post-op for unrelated issues where they found cardiac abnormalities. I would recommend if you want to have quick assistance to go elsewhere even though medical staff are knowledgeable and nice- their front desk staff greatly deteriorate the mood and reputation.

I cannot say enough about the staff at the SNHMC. My nurses, Sally and Cassie and cardio sonographer, Andrew, were professional, friendly and humorous throughout my visit. They were great to ease my anxiety during the stress test/EKG sonogram.
