Dr. Peter T. Klementowicz, MD-New England Heart Institute at St. Joseph Hospital

I have been with this cardiology for 25 years! They are amazing! Paula has been there with me from the very beginning! She is so caring no one is like her! She calls me for my appointments ! She goes out of her way to give you the best!!!! Thankyou Paula !!!!!!

Terrible staff have a rare disease that requires lowering my cholesterol. Ran for 25 yrs never smoked. Staff was uncaring and most are quite large with donuts all over the office. Inquired about a staple of a basic medication that i have had for years. Staff was unhelpful, hoping my primary can take over this last medication. I have a 38 overall cholesterol and dr Shaefer out of Tufts university is world renowned and has been amazingly helpful in my cause. Dr klementowitcz and staff have been neglectful and rude. I have a second lease on life due to my well read primary. Klementowitcz just collects checkes as the staff eats donuts. Very sad to come to this conclusion. They are holding my medication hostage with no authorization to my pharmacy. Sad state of affairs to supposed care generously paid people who do not care about health conscious clients that they have known for 10 years. Very sad, enjoy the elderly on cruise control. Definitely no true concern or compassion here.

Doctors, nurses and staff are very caring and respectful. We have been going to this office for many years and treated with great care.
