ConvenientMD Urgent Care

I waited less than 5 min in the waiting area after check in. The doctors, nurses and everyone there were very nice and thorough. They took me amd my daughter in at same time so my daughter didnt have to go in alone. My daughter had something stuck in here ear and I was feeling under the weather. They pulled the wrapper out of my daughters ear and diagnosed me with the flu. Thank you for all your help and your kindness.

Excellent staff at this location! Everyone I met was so friendly and professional. I got there shortly after they opened at 8 a.m. It was a short wait before being called back. Jenna and Crystal were amazing! Crystal did my intake and all the tests, and somehow made the whole thing fun with her warm, silly personality while still being totally professional. Jenna, the NP who took care of me, was so kind and genuinely cared about my health and well-being. She even found a specialist for my injury and scheduled the appointment for later that same afternoon. And if I wasn't impressed enough, Jenna called me that evening to check how it went! Truly incredible care from start to finish -- thank you, ConvenientMD!

Right from the beginning the girls at the reception desk were extremely helpful as I had some confusion with signing in. They were exceptionally patient and wonderful. ... The nurse who initially took me to an exam room, was lovely, kind, thorough, affirming, supportive, and it just kept getting better when I met with the PA who examined me, she was again very thorough and attentive. I absolutely loved the experience and it was nerve-racking for me to be there in the first place and they helped me so much!

This was BY FAR the BEST Immediate Care experience I've ever had for my daughter who is often visiting emergency rooms, doctors, and Immediate Care facilities. Although there were many people in the waiting room, we were taken in an appropriate amount of time, probably less than 10 minutes. We were greeted by a very friendly and kind MA. She was patient and thorough and made the triage process pleasant We saw a nurse practitioner Nadia, who was equally, if not more friendly, pleasant, and kind. She sat with my 16 yo daughter for some time and asked probing questions. She was never in a hurry to get out of there; she made my daughter feel comfortable and made both of us feel heard. She ordered as many tests as our insurance would allow, which was probably all of them and explained in detail her findings. She also promised to check in in a few days, and I believe she will! We have found our Immediate Care in the future.

I had a great experience at ConvenientMD Urgent Care. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I walked in. The practitioners were knowledgeable, caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how quick and smooth the whole process was. Highly recommend for anyone needing prompt and quality care!
