The staff was excellent, warm and friendly, and that was comforting. Dr Westbrook comes highly recommended and I appreciated his candor, as well as his obvious expertise. Both the office, as well as the hospital in general, are nicely appointed, well maintained, and soothing to the eye all of which helped to ease my mind during this time. On a separate note I found the staff in the Radial Lounge to be top notch. Their care and thoughtfulness during my visit there yesterday was fabulous and much appreciated.
