After multiple attempts of trying to schedule a Stress Test for a family member, they claim they still have not received the referral despite it being sent 3 times. They have also admitted a "tremendous backlog of faxed referrals", saying each time to "Call back tomorrow". This has been going on for over a week now. We are no longer "calling back tomorrow and instead take our business elsewhere as we seem to be more invested in possibly saving a life then they are! Don't be fooled people, Dartmouth isn't the be all end all for care despite thinking they are. Shop around like you would anything else.
