Cheshire Medical Center

I was in the er between 8 am to 1230 on 12/15. My staff was all female and they were all wonderful. The nurse with me was amazing and sweet. They were all very gentle which was amazing as I was shivering from pain. I wish I caught her name so I could name drop them!

Just moved to Keene, but so far I have found the staff at CMC very friendly and competent. It is a busy place for sure, but there's a great vibe in the lab and things move very quickly. I'm of the mind that the American medical system is broken. That is the fault of politicians, certain segments of the U.S. population, and greedy Pharma. I try not to take out my frustrations on my fellow citizens just trying to do a good job. Let's all be mindful and generous of spirit and make our opinions known at the ballot box!

People tend to only leave bad reviews! My experience at Cheshire has been exceptional, even mind-blowing at times. The diligence, care, processes, clear and consistent communication, and speed of moving from one department/diagnosis to the next has been top notch. I feel truly taken care of when I walk through those doors, and a I literally put my life in their hands.

6 months of self diagnosis and looking for support. Finally got an MRI, actively following up for 2 weeks for answers and next steps. 3 calls in for call backs. Nothing. 2 calls to customer relations for support. Nothing. The quality of care and customer is service is far below a 1star. I suggest you leave Keene if you need medical care.

This review is specific about their security staff. There was one male staff member with a beard and glasses who was rude beyond the expectations of a low skilled security worker should be. He was sent to my car, without my knowledge where i needed two bags. I told the staff many times what I needed and they telephones the wrong message. When I said I needed my backpack too he told me "I should have given better information." I gave the correct information but he either ignored it, didn't hear clearly or was mentally unable to process what i needed. This security person will be involved in a lawsuit someday if he hasn't already. Get rid of him.
