I would give these guys a zero if I could. The entire medical group is so focused on profit instead of patient care and they just can't even get their basic systems together. This is the second one star review I've had to leave on Northern Nevada medical group. This is probably more generally related to the overall group and the greedy folks who run it and their inability to properly manage their systems or listen to their patients. I just drove over an hour to get here for my appointment, but as is often the case they overbooked everyone and they're running more than an hour behind and are even unable to even tell me how long the wait might be. The referral department is a mess. The scheduling department is a mess and it's only getting worse. These guys should lose their license. Unfortunately rural healthcare overall is so bad that it's one of the few options made available to the good citizens of Washoe County. And it's a terrible option. Use Renown or someone else. Addition: see their automated response below. No humanity. They know what the problem is. They are the problem. Leadership is the problem. Their staff know what the problem is. Clearly the leadership is not listening to the staff or feedback such as this.
