Alexander Meyer, MD

I had my first appointment with Dr Meyer this week. The office staff was welcoming and pleasant. Dr Meyer was kind and very thorough and pleasant. He put me at ease. I am happy to have found him!

Dr.Meyer was very kind and relatable. It's hard when your young with heart problems. It's the last thing you want to be experiencing. But he was patient, spoke to me in a way I could understand, he LISTENED, and I feel like he heard and cared about my concerns. I was referred to him and I'm happy I was.

I was referred to Dr. Alexander Meyer by my PCP... I got booked just a few days ago for a Friday, Nov. 3/2023... I called to change for a Monday due to transport issues ...it took 45 minutes to be connected..I spoke to a woman, today, at 11:39 AM Monday, Oct 2/2023 ... unfortunately, this woman's attitude was aggressive, dismissive and high and mighty... like ..who are you, what do want...I have Monday Dec 11 or 12 Tuesday.. that's the schedule, take or leave it .. In my 78 years on this earth, I've never seen this in a hospital world. If Northern Nevada Medical Group employs people like this, who needs doctors? I am requesting my PCP to refer me to another cardiologist... I thought I'll give Dr Alexander Meyer a try...but I'll leave before I get to his door.... if there's a rotten tomato in the basket, I don't dare take another look... And I do tell my friends...

I was very impressed with Dr. Meyer. He listened intently to my questions and provided information that I had not heard from my other cardiologist.

Dr. Meyer and his entire clinic & hospital teams are just the best ever, He is Professional, Personable & Really listens to the patients concerns. Staff is quick to respond to portal or phone calls,
