I'm a 22 year old female and went here to the ER for a miscarriage. All of the staff was absolutely amazing, effective, efficient, respectful, and very caring. Especially my nurse Amber, I was very nervous about everything, but even with my difficult situation she reassured me about everything and gave excellent care all around. She also did an outstanding job on my IV. The male who did my ultrasound was the most respectful and informative person I've ever had do that for me. I have to go back here on Thursday morning for a follow up, they gave me the medication I'd need in the meantime as well. I will forever be thankful and grateful for how well this hospital treated both me and my boyfriend (he was there to support me, and they made sure he was informed about everything as well). Would definitely recommend this hospital to everyone I know and love!

Was easy to navigate upon entering Sierra Medical Center, as I never was there before.. Check-in was easy no waiting. Information was taken and when this was completed, I was directed to Image Dept. After a few minutes, I was taken care of. This medical center has open waiting rooms with full windows. Was very nice. The personal also was very nice and made one feel comfortable.

Had a good experience at Sierra Medical. No wait to check in. Michelle was super professional and friendly. Her station was decorated really cute for Christmas. Went to imaging and waited about 5 minutes, then my technician came and got me. Charles was very educated on my procedure and explained everything to me throughly.He was kind and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I'm glad I chose Sierra Medical Center.

Went in for an induction and we had the best experience possible. The nurses were so sweet and caring. Especially Jadyn on L&D, truly couldn't have asked for a better nurse. She was very knowledgeable and explained every part of the process and communicated really well with us so that we were able to make informed decisions on what we wanted our labor process to be like. She even brought in some lights for our room to make the atmosphere feel comfortable and calm. Truly went above and beyond and we were so thankful, she made our birth experience amazing. Dr. Dennis delivered our baby and has been our OB throughout the pregnancy. He's been an amazing doctor throughout everything, always answered our questions and explained things in a way we could understand. He let my husband catch our son when he was born. He always has a calming and reassuring energy and makes you feel safe no matter what. If you're looking for an OB or deciding which hospital to have your baby, we recommend Dr. Dennis and Northern Nevada, you will not be disappointed!
