Being referred to the Renown Institute for Heart and Vascular Health was very intimidating, but was relieved when Nurse Practitioner Hilary Lederman, A.P.R.N. was welcoming, kind caring and put me at ease with her knowledge and ordered the tests I needed and grateful when they all came back okay.
I have never been seen by a physician that is as knowledgeable and caring as Dr. Laura Sullivan. Each of several visits she has demonstrated sincere compassion and understanding, and went to great lengths that I would understand the workings of my heart and how monitor its function between visits. I have never met a physician of her caliber in my lifetime, and would earnestly encourage anyone needing to see a cardiologist to make an appointment.
Absolutely horrible! I was 13 minutes late to my appointment which I waited 3 months for and the office wouldn't let me see the physician! I called ahead of time letting them know I will be running a little late I explained to them I am a healthcare worker and had a state surveyor walk in the building, which caused me to be late, but they were very unmerciful. I waited three months for this appointment due to unfortunate events I was late, but they didn't care showed no understanding. They didn't care about my health issues, but only wanted to accommodate the physician and their time. Very disappointed!
Dr. jake ichino was very inconsiderate and very rude during our visit. We left feeling extremely unheard, irritated, annoyed and rushed!! He is extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend him to anyone.
