Terrible office. I was a patient here for 2 years and they assigned me 3 different doctors in that short time. The high turnover speaks for itself. They can't keep a doctor longer than a few months before they replace them and assign you a different doctor. I first had Ashley Cole, then she left and I was forced to see Rachel Tennis, then she left and now I have yet another new doctor who's name I don't even know. They never answer the phone when you call. Be warned, do not enroll as a patient here.

I get a different doctor every time I make an appointment. It takes forever to get someone on the phone, if they answer at all, and I have constant issues trying to get referrals. I've had to wait an absurd amount of time, calling 3 or so times, before they actually sent one out and the other is still not done. Having to call them over and over for the simplest of things when they don't answer is getting increasingly frustrating.

Did not tell me that they no longer offer birth control until I was made to schedule an appointment and was charged for "a referral to an OBGYN". If I was told before making the appointment that they no longer offer birth control I could've found my own OBGYN without paying $70+ for something I could've googled. Front office staff is very bad at communication. I tried to refill my birth control by calling 3 times before being made to schedule an appointment to talk to the doctor about why I wasn't getting a refill.

Staff may be polite but the service itself is very incompetent. Constant referral issues and an extreme lack of communication between the providers that the patient ends up having to navigate for them- assuming it gets resolved. Highly suspicious turnover and you never really see the main doctor beyond your initial visit, just a selection of nurse practitioners. Please look elsewhere for your health needs, you should not be risking whole seasons of incompetency for basic healthcare.

My friend saw Dr Chander and all of us were very impressed by his knowledge and the the time he took to explain everything. His bedside manner is excellent. We were also pleasantly surprised to be accommodated the same day and unlike some other places didn't have to wait for hours to see the doctor. Would recommend everyone to this cardiologist.
