Would give a zero if I could. We were patients in the past and my husband had a medical episode over a month ago and we had an appointment two weeks ago to follow up. They called three hours before and said we need to come an hour early or cancel. I rescheduled for today and called to confirm since no one followed up and they told me the appointment is on some random day/time that I would have NEVER agreed to in two weeks. Looking for a new doctor and hope nothing serious is going on with my husband while I got jerked around from the stupid people working in this office.
