Dr. Hsu graduated from the Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine. He completed his internship, residency, and fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he served as a Chief Fellow. He has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, Nevada State Medical Association, and the Clark County Medical Society.
Dr. Hsu is a former Member at Large at Southern Hills Hospital, where he served as Secretary of Staff, and Chairman of the Medical Quality Care Committee. He also served two terms as Vice Chief of Cardiology at Sunrise Hospital.

I'm fed up with this office and will be seeking another Doctor. I went in and was told I needed a stress test. I scheduled one for Oct. They canceled me. Rescheduled for Dec. Canceled again! Due to my work I could not get in again till June when work slows down. Now I'm told the doctor is on vacation for a month and I can't have the test till he sees me first! I have chest pain and shortness of breath when I do strenuous activity and nobody in that office seems to care. I don't recommend this office. Seems like they're too busy to accommodate their patients.

Dr Hsu is friendly, patient, thorough and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him as a Cardiologist. 6 years ago my heart rate continually dropped lower and lower , accompanied by fatigue and weakness. My first cardiologist was dismissive of my symptoms and complaints because I was "the youngest person" in his waiting room. That cardiologist said my heart rate was super low because I was in good shape. My symptoms worsened.
My wife was an ICU nurse at the time and asked other nurses and doctors who they would recommend. Several of them mentioned Dr
Hsu.
Dr Hsu was very comforting on my first appointment saying "If it's not your heart then we'll still figure out just what it is causing this"
It was eventually determined that I needed a permanent pacemaker. This was an immediate fix for me. My symptoms have gone away completely and I am very active. Dr Hsu has given me my life back.
