I was introduced to Dr Hamilton 2 years ago when I had an emergency heart issue. I have been with is office since. Dr Hamilton is the best. He talks to me, he answers my questions in a manner I understand and although he is very busy he takes time with me. His office is as good as he is. Even the hospital has commented on how positive their interactions are with him and his office. All I have to say about Dr Hamilton and his office staff is A+
I was pleased with the office staff and the provider, Dr. Timothy Hamilton. The Dr. took the time to talk to me and explained everything in detail. After his assessment he took another few mins. to get to know me and answer some personal questions that I had for him. I had to wait for 20 mins. after my appointment time for him to come into the assessment room, which is not too bad.
Dr. Hamilton is so professional, sat down next to me to answer my husband and my questions, explained options thoroughly and his staff got the next several procedures scheduled. We left at around 5:00 so they will call us tomorrow. It's been very stressful for us due to all of the other Doctors referrals. Once Dr. Hamilton received them his office got us in within two weeks. Very happy about that.
From getting an appt till check out, flawless!! Dr Hamilton is great, takes the time to explain everything, with a great bedside manner. I would call the office and have to hang up. A couple minutes later I get a call from the office, apologizing they missed my call. This is after I had to hang up. Due to another call. Great Dr and staff. I'm looking forward to my next appt.
Stacy at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Carlos put me at ease and was quick with answers to my questions. Dr. Hamilton is awesome. He took plenty of time to explain my health problem. Listened to my concerns and help me to understand what I have to do.
