They changed my moms appointment day and time without notifying us. I only found out about the new, incorrect appointment when I received a standard confirmation call the day before. No other communication was received prior. When I explained that the new time was wrong and conflicted with her dialysis schedule--which I had specifically scheduled around -- the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting the mistake was mine. I checked my moms original appointment confirmation, which proved that the change was made internally by the clinic, not by me. Still, the staff didn't seem to care and just offered the excuse that the doctor wouldn't be available on the origonal scheduled date. Thanks to their mistake and lack of professionalism in fixing it, my mother's (urgent) cardiology appointment has now been postponed another two months, waiting for the next available slot. Very frustrating. This level of disorganized operation, along with staff refusal to take responsibility for a major error, is unacceptable for a healthcare provider. If you have an appointment booked there, be sure to call and confirm that it hasn't been changed.
