The staff particularly Connie Rosa has been a life saver for me and my family. My father is also a patient and feels the same way. Connie definitely deserves a raise and some special recognition for her work there. Maybe a healthy bonus. Top shelf person

I visited Dr. Anjum office for a review of my Echocardiogram reading but the experience was far from satisfactory. I had to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment time at 1:00 pm, and when I inquired about the delay, the receptionist was dismissive and rude. When I finally saw the doctor, he spent only a few minutes with me, didn't thoroughly address my concerns, which I told them I was experiencing chest pains from the stress this visit was causing me, and I was given a bottle of water and sent home. When I told him about my chest pains he didn't even add it in his report, also asked him what kinda job would I be able to do with my disability, he rushed me out his office and said sit down job jokingly.Which is the job the cause my whole disability in the first place and why I was on FMLA.I left feeling frustrated and without clear answers about my health. While I understand that medical offices can be busy, the lack of professionalism from both the staff and the doctor was disappointing. I would not recommend this office. Better communication, shorter wait times, and more patient-focused care are necessary improvements.

This location has very unprofessional staff, the younger lady at check in is demeaning to the patients, with lack of empathy or consideration to the care of patients. I heard another patient expressing concerns to her when that patient walked away she could be heard saying please don't let me act like that when I am old. The appointments appear to be overbooked which causes appointments to be late exceeding an hour. The staff poorly repents the greatness of the cardiologist at this location. Would not recommend this location to anyone that I care about or even know. This place needs to rethink the employees, as they poorly represent the doctors that work here

They definitely need front desks people that know how to schedule appointments. I had an appointment 5/30 when I was there I was told that my appointment did not showed on the system. When one of their staff members scheduled my appointment In person. When you schedule something with them Be sure to get an appointment confirmation. 2 of my appointments had to be re scheduled. I asked to speak to a supervisor but the supervisor was at a "meeting".

I appreciate Dr. Zafar for doing my heart operation well. I also appreciate the staff for helping me figure out a return to work note when their computers were down. I was in a bind and they spent time to figure it out for me and I'm able to go back to work because of it, even though it took a little extra effort, they helped me out. Thank you so much.
