I had a very disappointing experience with this cardiologist. The doctor was not welcoming and showed almost no interest in my concerns. He asked only two basic questions, and even after I mentioned occasional chest tingling, he didn't follow up with any additional questions. Instead, he simply sent me for tests without taking the time to understand the issue. The entire appointment lasted about five minutes. When it was over, he walked me to the front desk and left without even saying goodbye. It was one of the worst medical experiences I've had in the last 10 years. I do not recommend this clinic.

I had an appointment today for an EKG and was denied because of my outstanding balance that I owed while I was hospitalized. I explained to them that Dr Zafar personally told me, that if there was any issues with payment to notify him. On my last appointment Dr Zafar told me he didn't get into this profession for the money it was to help people and to please not miss any of my appointments due to payment. But the rude ladies in the office didn't care or bother to communicate with Dr Zafar. I was in the hospital for 10 days and missed close to 6 weeks of work because of it. I'm barely making enough to support my family and pay my every day expenses. I'm still struggling with medical issues that make it hard for me to perform at 100% at work. It's hard for me to breathe sometimes and I'm always feeling really weak. I waited almost a month for today's appointment because of what Dr Zafar had told me just to be denied the medical attention I need to proceed with my recovery.

They just want your money and don't care if you live or die. I got shocking news from my first visit after my tests and emailed 3 times with follow up questions for my cardiologist. The Dr came in and saw me for something like 10 min and dropped a bomb of bad news then told me to see him in 3 months. I have tried emailing 3 times and no response and when I call, all I get is a busy signal. This is not good medicine. I am looking for another cardiologist. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR HEALTH!!!

My goodness I was trying to schedule an appointment August 28 10:22 am. I was waiting for 25 mins and when its my turn. The agent hang up on me. It's so rude. No wonder the review was so low. Pls get a new agent to answer the phone.

Two hours on hold. At the end of the first hour, my call was finally picked up, only for me to be hung up on. Now, I'm #1 in the queue and I've been on hold for another hour. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and poor practice, both for a business and a medical provider.
