This place has been incompetent since day one. Took me 3 months to get an appointment after a 3 day hospital stay, got to my appointment 10 minutes late and they were trying to refuse to see me after I was told that it would be ok to show up and be seen as long as it isn't longer than 10 minutes late. I understand that was partially my fault but don't go back on your word. Then they canceled my appointment to do more testing. I didn't hear from them to tell me where my testing was ordered and when I need to complete it so I called. STILL NO ORDER WAS PLACED and they said I was a no call no show after 2 different people called to cancel it for me and I couldn't get an appointment for another month and a half. They called me today and cancelled my appointment again! Waiting 6 months after a hospital stay to just follow up on imaging is outrageous. Tried to reschedule me from July to August with no other options and guess what... that's right still no order. I am finding a new cardiologist if anyone has a recommendation. I also experienced an hour or so wait on the phone.
