Heart Center of Nevada: Chaudhry Khalid MD

This has to be the worst place I have ever been to. There is no communication. Want to make an appointment? Leave a message. No one ever calls back. I called this place religiously for 2 months and never got a response. Then the day before a pre scheduled appointment. From 3 months ago I get a call from them telling me my Dr has left the practice and would schedule me with another provider. Don't go to this place with a heart problem because the staff will stress you out even more.

The absolute worst office of all the drs.I see. Lets you know at 4pm the day before your appointment they are canceling because they didn't bother to call before to update the referral.

Impossible to get somebody to pick up the phone. Instead of hiring enough people to answer at each location they direct all calls to a central number and you can wait till kingdom come for anyone to pick up there. And, no, your call is "not important to them". This is supposed to be a heart center for Christ's sake?

They seem to be more interested in getting into your bank account seeing large numbers of people rather than on taking care of the patient.

Dr. Chaudry saved my mother's life, Geneva Peterson who is 90 years old now! She had bypass surgery with Dr. Chaudry and she talks about Dr. Chaudry until this day!
