Tried leaving a very important message after hours for the doctor and the lady hung up on me. Called back and she would not answer the call. Called from a different phone and she hung up again. I don't know what kind of answering service refuses to take a message but this is an outrage and very unprofessional. This will be reported thru the proper channels and also the better business bureau. Absolutely upsetting and unacceptable
Tried to leave a message thru the answering service and the lady hung up on me and would not take my call. Called from my wifes phone after and said I would not be hung up on and she hung up on me again!! This will not be tolerated I will be reporting this to the proper authorities and the better business bureau. She would not do her job and allow me to leave a message.
Dr. Bala and the staff at Heart Center of Nevada provide excellent health service to their patients. I have been a patient for years and my needs have always been taken care of. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. I am thankful for the services I have received from them.
Dr. Tsiouris has helped my husband tremendously with his heart. My only complaint is the office staff I personally feel they don't want to do they're job, it been a little over a month, my husband is still waiting for his prescription referral, also when he calls to ask about it, they put him on hold and never answer. And when he calls back, they don't answer the phone. As if they're screening calls. OR he never gets a call back. This is so frustrating.
Dr balarajan is taking a great job caring for my husband after my husband had a heart attack. The girls in this office are very kind to my husband and me.
