Dr. Sy is what I look for in a doctor: he's wise, thorough, patient, and kind. He listens to my concerns and answers questions carefully, whether I'm here for a regular follow-up or for pre-surgery clearance, as I was today. My husband is also Dr. Sy's patient and he agrees. We really like our friendly and efficient nurse, Francisca, also. She's so helpful and has such a welcoming manner we always feel at ease, which results in not-elevated blood pressure checks. The front desk staff and the check out staff were also friendly, hard-working, and efficient. Nice experience overall.

Brought my mom for follow-up appointment. Dr Sy was attentive, thorough and showed genuine concern during visit. Nurse Francesca was awesome! Spent a lot of time getting vitals, some of which were elusive due to my mom's age. When finished, she wheeled my mom to the car. Great experience!

Everyone was very nice and prompt! The only thing that bothered me was doing the check in online and having everyone ask me the same questions in the office ( obviously my time was wasted doing everything online).

Very friendly and helpful people at the front desk. Very little wait time. Dr took his time and explained everything answered my questions. I felt very comfortable and it was a great visit. I give them 5 stars.
