This place is truly a gem. We are in desperate need of primary care due to medical emergencies. Bobby had helped us to get in the next day to get ourselves established. The clerk are all friendly and helpful. But really a big shoutout to Bobby!! He really cares. We didnt had to wait as well and was in and out of our appt time. Office is clean. This is our first visit so we dont really have an opinion about how good the doctor is. But Staff were great!

I'm sure the doctor here is very nice. The problem is the receptionist most of the time you can't get anything from her because she is arrogant rude and just doesn't care. I feel sorry for Dr. Chen.

I had a few MRIs and x-rays done and still felt uncertainty with what was exactly causing me pain so I called the office asked if it was possible for the doctor to send me 1 additional referral prior to my reevaluation without having to come in for a visit. Both times Sandy at the front desk told me she would leave a note for the doctor however no action was taken. I just called again and was told I probably could not get that referral without an in person visit, but I don't understand why this information couldn't have been given to me prior. Truly just poor service.

Horrible primary care and bad office staff. They take weeks to respond to simple inquiries, took 6-7 months to figure out where my x rays from Desert Radiology went and to get test results, misdiagnosed my shoulder problems, the list goes on. After I brought up my concerns, I asked for a referral for a urologist and they took two weeks to get back to me and told me the doctor would no longer see me because I hadnt been for a visit recently and that I should go to urgent care if I needed a urologist referral. When I first started, they told me I only need to go once a year for bloodwork and routine checkups, which I did. Very bizarre treatment and would 100% avoid them.

Dear Dr. Thomas Chen, MD
Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an ongoing issue with my prescription refill. For the past three weeks, I have been waiting for my prescription to be sent electronically to the CVS near my home, as requested. However, despite multiple follow-ups, it has not been processed, and I have yet to receive my medication.
I kindly ask for your immediate attention to this matter, as the delay is impacting my health and well-being. Please confirm when the prescription has been sent, or if there are any issues preventing the refill. If needed, I am happy to pick up a physical prescription to expedite the process.
Additionally, I would appreciate any clarification on why this delay has occurred, as well as steps to prevent similar issues in the future. If I do not receive a response soon, I may need to escalate this matter further.
Thank you for your prompt attention. I look forward to your swift resolution.
Best regards,
Noe Garcia
