FYI: address is Suite 410...not what is listed on Google Maps! If you go to Suite 114 you end up at the Children's Heart Center. So take elevators to 4th floor, go right and Heart Center is right there. Dr. Lawly is great and helped me a lot.
My 1 year old daughter sees Dr.Castillo at the Town Center location , he is tremendously amazing he has been monitoring her heart since I was pregnant and he explains every diagnosis with so much detail. His personality shines he always makes her laugh and she doesn't cry during any appointments . He was even the first one to let me know she could have GI problems when I mentioned it to my OB and high risk Dr. They said she didn't and to my surprise she did have GI problems when she was born. He was also the only doctor that congratulated me on carrying trough with a T21 diagnosis on my daughter instead of making me feel like an abortion was the only option like other Dr's . I will never forget that Dr.Castillo ! You're wonderful human and great Doctor.
This is my follow up to my hospitalization and my first time with congestive heart failure. So my first appointment with Dr Bhatti. Office staff seem great. Swift, efficient, and composed with a waiting room full of people. It took us about an hour to be seen. The tech that did my EKG seemed to know what she was doing and actually left it on for more than 30 seconds. However the doctor had a foot out the door after being in my room for 5 minutes. I had so many questions and he barely listened to me. I guess I'll go to Dr. Google for answers.
Awful. First experience there they were 90 mins behind on the appointment and didn't even acknowledge it. Other Drs would have at least said "thanks for being patient I am sorry I'm running behind today." They seem disorganized. I had a follow up appointment and they didn't call or text to remind me, something pretty much every other Drs office does. After this I won't return here.
If you want a practice that respects your time, this isn't it. I scheduled the first appointment of the morning to walk into a full waiting room without any open seats. Waited over an hour after my appointment time and there were still 6 other patients ahead of me.
